Instagram Analytics SaaS

Sole developer · 1 year · Own startup

Context: Needed a way to track Instagram growth and engagement metrics for content creators and small businesses.

Process: Designed the data model, built the entire backend and dashboard solo. Managed queued API ingestion with Laravel Horizon on AWS Fargate.

Outcome: First commercial SaaS I shipped end to end. Learned what it takes to go from zero to a paying product.

Context: Video streaming platform for live sports. Clients include NHL, NBA, Tennis Channel and dozens more. High-scale, real-time requirements.

Process: Owned key features across backend and frontend. Designed a custom queue system on top of Laravel Horizon processing hundreds of millions of jobs monthly, while ingesting tens of millions of webhooks.

Outcome: Reduced job failure rate from ~2% to under 0.1%. System served millions of concurrent viewers across multiple sports seasons.
